Built at Eastleigh in 1934, withdrawn in 1962 and now part of the National Collection
40 built & designed by Richard Maunsell and the last 4-4-0 design in the UK and the most powerful 4-4-0 in Europe.
Driving wheels 6’ 7” in diameter, loco 67 tons, tender 42 tons.
Boiler pressure 220psi, tractive effort 25,130 lbf
