Hi Chas

I would suggest that this photo was taken after 1965.

In the background at number 3 berth in the "Outer Dock" the Princess Alexandra Dock is the Swedish Lloyd PATRICIA.

Swedish Lloyd commenced operations with the PATRICIA between Southampton and Bilbao (Santurzi) on the 04 May 1967.
