Two are based at Portsmouth 1901 & 1905, 2 at Devonport 1906 and 1907, 2 at Rosyth 1903 and 1904 and 1902 at Faslane. Crewed by Royal Maritime Auxiliary Service
Used to assist with external boiler maintenance, removing oils / fuels before refits, slop and sewage draining, machinery space bilge cleaning.
