Step 8; Off With Their Heads!
The Lasso Tool and the Clone Tool; oh what a wonderful pairing!
In the first picture you will notice the use of the Lasso Tool to mask off the area I don't want spoiled. Then, with the Clone Tool I have pulled off 2 stunts at one stroke. I have not only obliterated a head, but I have replaced the offending part with a suitable piece of the ship's waterline and bow wave. Picture 3 shows a "Before" and a "Much Better" view of the treatment of the second bloke. Finally, I can turn my attention to the lifeboat and remove that from the picture.
